Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations if requested within 3 hours of purchase.
I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work together to fix the issue.

Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy Shopify allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction.

If I haven't begun processing your order, a cancellation will be accepted. If I have begun the packaging process, however, a cancellation will not be accepted.
All orders will be shipped through USPS. Please note that although we do provide tracking for domestic orders, some post offices do not scan the packages they receive. This may affect your tracking updating in a timely manner.

International orders under 4oz are now shipped without tracking. Please note that orders can take up to 6 weeks to reach their destination when shipped internationally. I will not re-ship or refund orders that appear lost until the 6 week mark has been reached. 

Any orders over 4oz must be shipped with tracking & a customs form. Please be aware of this when placing larger orders - you may be hit with customs charges upon delivery,

Shipping is currently set to 2-3 weeks, but orders tend to ship out faster than that.

***Please double check your SHIPPING ADDRESS when checking out. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. We are not responsible if a forwarding address is not honoured, but is returned to us instead. 

Packages are not considered lost until they have not been received after 4 weeks. Please contact us if you have not received your package within 4 weeks.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Due to variation between computer monitors, the actual colors of the stickers you receive could vary from what you see on your screen.

All stickers are printed on premium matte, permanent paper. They are pre-cut by me before sending to you.
