Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is processing time in POPco HQ. This does not include postage time.


Q: There is an issue with my order, what should I do?

A: If there is an issue with your order, please email customer service at with your order number.


Q: Can I combine orders?

I will only accept combining orders if you email me ( with both order numbers immediately after placing your second order. I work on orders in the order in which they arrive, so notes are often missed. If I have not received an email I will not combine your order.
